We perform engineering operations in capital construction.
In implementing the respective operations required by the investor we ensure complete engineering focused on the following fundamental items:

5. Power systems operating
We ensure full or partial operation of power systems.
We manage the operations by own capacities or in cooperation with the investor’s personnel. If required, we are ready to arrange for full financing of the project on the basis of a long-term contract. We provide long-term guarantee of development of prices of the respective types of energy. |

6. Guarantee and after-guarantee service
We provide full guarantee and after-guarantee service.
We provide the services individually according to the type of equipment. We offer connection of important technical devices to the central control room where the respective device operation is completely monitored. For TEDOM/CATERPILAR cogeneration units we also offer remote connection to the service control centre with the option of monitoring the operation status at a distance, the option of remote intervention and adjustment of the basic parameters. The service assurance includes compiling the plans of revisions, inspections and tests so that the entrusted and serviced equipment will show most optimal parameters, both technical and economic ones. |

7. Financing

We apply the project financing especially in the sphere of power production managed by municipalities – to put it more precisely, in operation of heating systems of towns, town districts and municipalities.

Steps in applying the project financing
First of all we make out the so-called indicative offer for each new project containing:

Analysis of the current condition of power system and suggested measures (description of power system and energy costs, suggested optimal solution, definition of the saving potential) |

Presenting the proposal of suitable financing model (repayment from the achieved savings, possibility to obtain subsidies, etc.) |

Binding outputs (energy costs saving, guaranteed energy prices) |
The interactive offer is to be used by customers in making their decisions on possible future cooperation. If an agreement on the project implementation is achieved, a complete set of contracts will be entered into including (inter alia) the guaranteed energy prices and technical condition guarantee. |
